No, the 2545-20 is sold as a "Tool Only" (Bare Tool). This is ideal for users who already own Milwaukee M12™ batteries and chargers. If you are new to the platform, we recommend pairing this with an M12™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ battery kit for the best performance.
Can I use U-Shank blades with this saw?
No. The M12 FUEL™ Jig Saw is designed specifically for T-Shank blades. T-Shank is the professional standard, providing a more secure grip and better power transfer from the motor to the material.
Is the "Barrel Grip" better than a "D-Handle" saw?
It depends on your preference! Barrel Grip saws (like this one) are favored by professionals for precision work and curved cuts because they allow your hand to be closer to the material. They are also significantly easier to control when cutting from underneath the material (inverted cutting).
How do I change the blade?
This tool features a Tool-Free Quick Eject system. Simply rotate the lever on the front of the tool to release the old blade—it will eject automatically so you don't have to touch a hot blade—and slide the new T-shank blade into place.
Can I turn off the dust blower?
Yes! Unlike many other jig saws, the M12 FUEL™ has an on/off switch for the dust blower. This is incredibly helpful when you are connected to a vacuum system (using the included shroud) and don't want the air blowing dust away from the suction.
What is the maximum bevel angle?
The durable aluminum base plate can be adjusted to 45 degrees in either direction. It features positive detents at 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45° for quick and accurate setup.
