Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Outdoor Power & Grill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, and we are here to help you navigate the return process.
2. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Special orders, custom-built products, and discontinued/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow these steps:
- Request an RMA: Contact our support team at support@outdoorpowergrill.com or call 1-385-233-9060 within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide Documentation: Please include your Order Number and photos of the item in its current condition.
- Receive Instructions: Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address. Do not ship items back to the warehouse without an RMA.
4. Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for trackable return shipping (UPS or FedEx recommended).
- Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a up to 25% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with heavy outdoor power equipment.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Merchant Fees: Please note that for all cancellations, the non-refundable credit card or payment processor fee (typically ~3%) will be deducted from the refund, as these fees are not returned to us by the bank.
- After Shipment: If an order is cancelled after it has left the warehouse, it will be treated as a return. You will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will make it right.
- Report Immediately: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Process: We will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement or repair. For confirmed shipping damage or manufacturing defects, Outdoor Power & Grill will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
7. Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
