1. Introduction
At Outdoor Power & Grill, we are committed to a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This policy outlines the terms for the delivery of products purchased from www.outdoorpowergrill.com.
2. Shipping Destinations & Limitations
- Contiguous United States: We currently ship to the 48 lower states.
- Excluded Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories at this time.
- No P.O. Boxes: Due to the size and nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.
3. Shipping Costs
We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden fees at checkout:
- Orders $100.00 and Over: FREE Shipping.
- Orders Under $100.00: $20.00 Flat Rate Shipping.
4. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day.
- Estimated Delivery: Most products arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
- Notifications: If a high-demand item is on backorder, we will contact you via email before charging your card to provide updated timelines or alternatives.
5. Shipping Methods & Freight Delivery
We partner with premium carriers including UPS, FedEx, and specialized Freight providers for oversized items (Grills, Power Stations, etc.).
5.1 Large & Oversized Items (Freight)
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.
- Your Responsibility: You must be present to inspect and sign for freight shipments.
- Access Limitations: If your delivery location has limited access (narrow driveways, gated communities, etc.), please notify us at support@outdoorpowergrill.com immediately after ordering.
- Premium Delivery: Standard delivery is curbside. If you require "White Glove" service (delivery to a porch or garage), additional fees apply. Please contact us for a quote prior to shipment.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days, please reach out to our support team.
7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
7.1 Inspection at Delivery (Crucial)
Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. * Visible Damage: If the box is clearly damaged, you must note "Damaged" on the carrier’s delivery receipt (waybill) before the driver leaves.
- Reporting: Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos/videos of the packaging, the product damage, and the SKU label.
- Original Packaging: Do not discard the original packaging. Carriers require the original box for all damage claims and returns.
7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate the item:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate a trace with the carrier. Note: While Outdoor Power & Grill will assist in the carrier investigation, we are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed successful delivery.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or change an address once the order has left the warehouse. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and any reshipment fees.
