At Outdoor Power & Grill("we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our website, www.ourtdoorpowergrill.com
2. Shipping Destinations
The 48 lower States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories.
Future Expansion: We are continually working to expand our shipping destinations. Please check back regularly for updates.
3. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on Most Orders.
No Hidden Fees: All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00pm CST will begin processing the same day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
3-7 business days depending on the product.
If there are any delays regarding your shipment, we will let you know in advance.
Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. USPS, UPS, FedEx (among others).
6.1 Freight & Oversize: Larger or heavier items may require freight shipping. If your delivery requires freight service, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the freight company when they contact you to schedule the delivery.
Please be aware that if your delivery location has limited access—such as long or narrow driveways that cannot accommodate large trucks—you must make the necessary arrangements in advance. Failure to do so may result in the shipment being left in an unsuitable location or needing to be picked up from a freight terminal, which could cause inconvenience and additional costs.
7. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation via e-mail, please allow a few hours for this to come through. This will confirm we have received your order, that your item is in stock, and available for shipment. Your credit card will be charged at this time.
If your item is on back order or unavailable, your credit card will not be charged. We will reach out to you via e-mail to provide you with options and timelines.
8. Order Shipping
*Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes
Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email containing:
- Tracking Number
- Carrier Name
- Link to Track Your Package
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@outdoorpowergrill.com
Delivery Option: If you require the item to be brought onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area there is an added fee.
9. Delivery Issues
9.1 Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived after 10 business days from the shipping date, contact us at support@outdoorpowergrill.com. We will investigate the delay & work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.
9.2 Items Not Delivered / Non-Delivery Issues: If you believe your order was not delivered (e.g., incorrect shipping address, recipient unavailable, etc.), please contact us immediately at support@outdoorgrill.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Resolution Process: We will review the situation and, if approved, may reship the item or provide instructions on how to recover your package. Please note that the resolution may vary depending on the specific circumstances.
9.3 Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was "delivered" but you have not received it:
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Check with neighbors or building management
Limitation of Liability: Outdoor Power & Grill is not liable for any loss or theft of packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. It is the recipient’s sole responsibility to ensure the security of the delivered items.
9.4 Damaged Packages or Missing Items
Inspect your package at time of delivery, in the rare case of any visible damage - please mark this on the waybill or delivery receipt with the delivery company.
- Take photos and/or videos of the damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description.
*To help us assist you effectively and file any required claims with the carrier or manufacturer, please gather all relevant information and report any damages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delays in reporting may result in limited, delayed or inability to resolve the issue.
*Keep Original Packaging*: Customers must retain all original packaging in the event a return, repair, or replacement is needed. Outdoor Power & Grill does not supply replacement packaging, and any costs associated with repackaging items for return are the customer’s responsibility. Holding onto the original packaging helps ensure a smoother return process and minimizes the risk of damage during transit.
10. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly and includes all relevant and required information. We will not be responsible for lost, misplace or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
