Payment & Billing Terms

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To provide a secure and flexible shopping experience, we accept the following payment methods:

• Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club.
• Discover Network: Including Discover and JCB.
• Digital Wallets: PayPal (Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon).
• Bank Transfers: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and ACH Payments for qualifying orders.

3. Pricing and Currency

• Currency: All prices are listed and processed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are purchasing from a bank outside the U.S., your institution may apply conversion fees.
• Tax: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
• Pricing Integrity: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
• We do not offer subscriptions or recurring memberships. All transactions are one-time purchases for the physical products listed.

4. Payment Security & PCI Compliance

Your financial security is our top priority.

• Secure Processing: We use Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal as our primary payment gateways. We do not store your credit card numbers on our local servers.
• Encryption: Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption technology to protect your data during the checkout process.
• Verification: To prevent unauthorized use, we may perform verification checks (such as Address Verification System - AVS) before processing an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or high-risk.

5. Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. If a payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you, but the order will not be processed until payment is successfully captured.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Approved Refunds: Once a refund is approved per our [Refund Policy], the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
• Cancellation Fees: As noted in our Return Policy, orders cancelled after the payment has been processed may be subject to a deduction of the non-refundable payment processing fee (~3%).

7. Legal Identity & Governing Law

Outdoor Power & Grill is a registered Trade Name of Kimronix Inc. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
