Equipped with five cast stainless steel burners outputting 75,000 BTUs across an expansive 1,030 sq. in. total cooking area, plus a 15,000 BTU infrared rotisserie back burner (90,000 total BTUs), the L90000 provides precise heat control for everything from high-temp searing to low-and-slow roasting. The heavy-duty cart features two side shelves with utensil hooks, a towel rack, a built-in bottle opener, an access door, and two pull-out storage drawers on four heavy-duty casters (two locking).
