- Do I need a Parallel Connector for expansion batteries? No. This connector is only for linking Solar Panels. Expansion batteries (like the BP2000 Plus) use a different, dedicated expansion cable.
- Can I link two different sized panels? For the best results and safety, we recommend only linking two identical panels (e.g., two SolarSaga 100 Prime units) to ensure the voltage remains balanced.
- Does it click into place? Yes. Like all Jackery Anderson products, it is designed with a "Click-Lock" system. If you don't hear the click, the connection is not weather-sealed.
- How many can I use at once? You can use one Y-Parallel connector to link two panels. If you wish to link four panels, you would use three Y-Parallel connectors in a "tree" configuration.
