Frequently Asked Questions

• Why is a windshield necessary for an outdoor grill?

Strong winds can blow into the rear vents of an outdoor grill, causing sudden heat drops, uneven flame distribution, flameouts, or forcing heat forward toward the control knobs. A windshield blocks these gusts to preserve consistent cooking temperatures and protect control valves.

• Will this windshield fit 30-inch or 32-inch Bull grills?

No, model 24404 is sized specifically for 38-inch Bull grill models such as the Brahma and 7-Burner Premium series. Smaller grill models require their corresponding sized windshields.

• Does installing this windshield affect grill ventilation?

No. It is engineered to block direct wind gusts while maintaining proper exhaust and ventilation clearance required for safe gas grill operation.

• How is the windshield mounted onto the grill?

The unit includes dedicated mounting brackets that secure directly to the grill body for a firm, stable fit, allowing easy removal or attachment when needed.
